Who doesn't love a good egg hunt!? But what to do with all those eggs?
Most of the times we start to stuff ourselves right away. But no matter how hard we try there are always more than a few left.
So here's a recipe that turns your chocolate Easter eggs into Rocky Road. It's easy and fun to make! So gather all your Easter chocolate leftovers and let's get started.
Step 1 : Put all the chocolate in a heat proof bowl and melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water (a bain marie). Stir occasionally. Make sure the chocolate doesn't burn!
Step 2 : Add some yummy and colourful sweets such as crumbled biscuits, chopped marshmallows and colourful sugarcoated eggs. Give it a good stir and make sure all is mixed well.
Step 3 : Put some baking paper in your baking tray and pour the mixture in.
Step 4 : Place the baking tray in the fridge and let it set for about 2 hours.
Step 5 : Take out the baking tray and chop the chocolate slab in pieces.
