Recipe // Mallows S’mores Dip with Cookies

Makes 2 - 3 Portions
Ingredients

175g dark chocolate
-
150g mini marshmallows (shop here)
-
1/2 tablespoon of (plantbased) butter
-
A pack of (vegan) cookies such as petit beurre or similar
-
A handful of fruit or any other topping to your liking

1 large oven dish (20 cm x 15 cm) or 2 smaller oven dishes

Let's get started!

Preheat the oven on 180°C

Grease your oven dish (or oven dishes) lightly with butter

Chop (or break) the dark chocolate into smaller pieces

Place the chocolate pieces into the oven dish - make sure you spread out evenly

Cover all chocolate with marshmallows
-
Place into the oven for 8 to 10 minutes
-
Optional : if you want a nice golden brown topping, add 1 or 2 minutes and use the grill function. Please keep an eye out and take out the dish in time!

The chocolate & marshmallow dip is now ready. Add fruit or any other topping.

Serve with cookies
