Recipe // Mallows S’mores Dip with Cookies

Makes 2 - 3 Portions


  • 175g dark chocolate

  • 150g mini marshmallows (shop here)

  • 1/2 tablespoon of (plantbased) butter 

  • A pack of (vegan) cookies such as petit beurre or similar

  • A handful of fruit or any other topping to your liking


  • 1 large oven dish (20 cm x 15 cm) or 2 smaller oven dishes

  • Oven

Let's get started!

  • Preheat the oven on 180°C

  • Grease your oven dish (or oven dishes) lightly with butter

  • Chop (or break) the dark chocolate into smaller pieces

  • Place the chocolate pieces into the oven dish - make sure you spread out evenly

  • Cover all chocolate with marshmallows

  • Place into the oven for 8 to 10 minutes

  • Optional : if you want a nice golden brown topping, add 1 or 2 minutes and use the grill function. Please keep an eye out and take out the dish in time!

  • The chocolate & marshmallow dip is now ready. Add fruit or any other topping.

  • Serve with cookies
