A can of black beans (250 gr drained)
-
45 gr oats
-
2 tbsp Swirly powder
-
50 gr honey, agave pr maple syrup (or 2 tbsp sugar)
-
2 tsp vanilla extract
-
60 ml vegetable oil
-
1/2 tsp baking powder
-
1 Bonkers Bar (we used Pretzel Snap)
Equipment you need
-
A blender
-
A baking tin (we used a 20 x 20 cm one)
-
An oven
How you make it
-
Preheat your oven to 180 °C
-
Whip out your blender and add all ingredients except for the bar of chocolate
-
Blend until smooth
-
Cut up your chocolate bar in small chunks
-
Add your chocolate to your blended mixture and fold it in
-
Grease up your baking tin and add the mixture
-
Bake for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of your tin. Bigger tin = lower baking time)
-
Let it cool down or for anyone who can't wait (like we), enjoy it hot with a scoop of vanilla icecream. Match made in heaven.

Enjoy!
